In the process of industrial solid waste collection, internal transfer and storage, relevant units and responsible persons shall take immediate measures to eliminate pollution hazards in the event of pollution accidents or leakage accidents, and timely report and accept investigation and treatment.
It is strictly forbidden to dump, stack or discharge into areas other than industrial solid waste disposal sites.
The storage facilities for industrial solid waste must comply with national standards and relevant regulations, and set up obvious signs to identify general industrial solid waste and hazardous waste.
For the collection, transportation and storage of hazardous waste, it must be classified and packaged according to the characteristics of hazardous waste, and the packaging containers and storage places must have signs indicating the nature of the waste form.
