SN-70 Acidic Tin-Nickel Alloy Electroplating Process
SN-70 tin-nickel alloy plating process of the coating containing nickel 65%, tin 35%. The coating hardness is above 600VH and has good wear resistance. Excellent anti-corrosion performance, soft color, lasting. It has good covering ability and can get uniform color coating. It is widely used in jewelry, automobiles, clocks, lighting, hardware tools and other plated parts.
HKS-301K Galvanizing Sealer Process
1. A water-soluble galvanized sealing agent, suitable for all galvanized black passivation after sealing, suitable for hanging plating and barrel plating parts;
2. The sealing layer of HKS-301K galvanizing sealant is heat-resistant at 120 ℃ for 24 hours. It has good corrosion resistance, and the neutral salt spray can reach the standard for 100-200 hours.
HKS-306A Alkaline Cyanide-free Zinc Plating Process

2.HKS-301TMT galvanizing sealant is combined with HKS-980LT trivalent chromium color blunt agent, which shows white appearance, but neutral salt spray can reach the standard for more than 100 hours.
CR-842 High-speed decorative chrome plating additive
1. The deposition speed is fast, the cathode current efficiency is high, and it can be operated at a higher current density.
2. The operating concentration is low, the bright range is wide, with excellent coverage and dispersion ability, and high impurity tolerance.
3.CR-842 high-speed decorative chromium plating additive adopts soluble composite catalyst, which has a good activation effect on the workpiece. Single cylinder opening and supplement, extremely convenient to use.
TCR-300 Trivalent White Chromium Plating Process
1. Environmentally friendly products, no hexavalent chromium, simple wastewater treatment.
2. Uniform color, beautiful appearance, good coverage and uniformity.
3. The plating solution does not contain organic solvents; the tolerance of sulfate and chloride ions is good.
4. When electroplating power will not have adverse consequences, the deposition rate is faster than the six valence chromium.
5. The use of trivalent chromium special graphite anode can improve the quality and increase the stability of the plating solution.
DZ-194 Environmentally friendly white copper tin barrel plating process

2. This process is compatible with cyanide copper plating solution and can be directly transferred to the cylinder on the basis of cyanide copper plating solution.

ULTRA Acid Bright Copper Plating Process
1. The tolerance of impurities in the plating solution is high, easy to control, and the filling flatness of the coating is excellent.
2. The coating is not easy to produce pinholes, low internal stress and good ductility.
3. The current density range is wide, and the coating filling flatness is as high as 75% to achieve bright effect.
