HKS-306A Alkaline Cyanide-free Zinc Plating Process

1. The process can obtain bright zinc coating, the coating thickness distribution is uniform, can be used trivalent chromium blue passivation agent passivation to obtain uniform and beautiful blue passivation film, the resulting coating can be colored, blue, black passivation treatment; 2. The coating has good ductility and no brittleness, can be used in high current density electroplating, and can meet the requirements of 220 ℃,30min baking without blistering, and no fog after trivalent chromium color passivation; 3. Suitable for hanging plating and barrel plating, plating solution stability is good, there is no problem of decomposition products; 4. The coating position is good, more suitable for complex shapes of the workpiece, especially suitable for large shell type of workpiece; 5. The coating has good corrosion resistance, and can reach various corrosion resistance standards with passivation solution; 6. Does not contain complexing agent, belongs to environmental protection type electroplating, wastewater treatment is simple.
