1. This passivator has passed SGS testing, does not contain hexavalent inscription, and complies with RoHS regulations. It also meets the requirements of IEC62321 international electrical standards. It is the best choice for color passivation products exported to Europe and America. 2. When the thickness of the zinc layer is ≥ 8 microns, the resistance to NSS≥ 120 hours. 3. Strong anti-rust performance, high temperature resistance; baking at 200 ℃, the appearance rarely changes, and its NSS resistance can still exceed 72 hours. Process flow:
1. Galvanizing → three-time water washing → nitric acid dipping to light → water washing → DB-952 treatment → secondary water washing → hot pure water dipping (about 50 ℃,2-3 seconds) → compressed air blowing dry → drying (70-80 ℃,20-30 minutes) 2. For barrel plating parts, after hot pure water immersion, directly into the hot air dryer centrifugal drying.
