Solution composition and operating conditions
HKS-307S: Alcohol 1:3-5 Temperature Room temperature Time 5-30 seconds Process flow Pretreatment → zinc-nickel alloy/zinc plating → two water washes → acid activation → two water washes → trivalent chromium passivation → two water washes → drying → sealing 307S → rotary drying of the workpiece (rotation speed: 200-400 r/min minutes, rotation time: 5-30 seconds) → drying (80-100 ℃,10-30 minutes)
