DN-810 High Corrosion Resistant Nickel-Phosphorus Alloy Electroplating Process

1. Designed for high corrosion resistance product demand. 2. The nickel content of the coating is 87-89%, and the phosphorus content of other metals and non-metals is 11-13% ﹪. 3. Good dispersion ability, low coating thickness can reach more than 1.5 microns. 4. The hardness of the alloy coating is about 550-600HV, which is an ideal intermediate layer for gold plating, palladium and other precious metals. 5. The plating solution has good stability and is suitable for hanging plating or barrel plating process.
