CR-25C Hard Chrome Catalyst

1. The cathode current efficiency is as high as 22-26%, which is 2-3 times of the traditional standard chrome plating process, saving energy. 2. The use of current density wide 30-90 amperes/square decimeter can be, the deposition rate is fast. 3. No fluoride, no corrosion to the low current density area of the substrate, no corrosion to the anode. 4. The microhardness of the coating can reach 1000-1100KHN100. The number of microcracks in the coating can reach 1000/inch, thus improving the corrosion resistance. 6. The coating is bright, smooth and meticulous, with uniform thickness and good deep plating ability. 7. The plating solution is stable, easy to operate and easy to maintain.
