TCR-600 Sulfate trivalent white chromium plating process

1.TCR-600 sulfate trivalent chromium plating process is a low concentration, environmentally friendly chromium plating process, no hexavalent chromium is produced under normal conditions, which can prevent chlorine precipitation in chloride system from harming the environment and human body. 2. The plating solution has good dispersion and covering ability, which can be adapted to the processing of complex shape workpieces and deep hole parts; at the same time, the plating solution is less corrosive and can be adapted to the electroplating of zinc alloy parts. 3. The coating is white and slightly blue, close to the hexavalent chromium coating, and the corrosion resistance is better than the hexavalent chromium coating. 4. Excellent process stability, low cost, easy maintenance, no need to use ion exchange method to remove impurity metal ions.
