DB-1808 Trivalent chromium zinc plating blue passivation process

DB-966H High corrosion resistance trivalent chromium blue passivator
1. This passivator does not contain hexavalent chromium and complies with EU RoHS regulations.
2. The same appearance as hexavalent chromium blue passivation, and excellent rust resistance.
3. Suitable for blue passivation of acid potassium chloride zinc plating. Passivation can also be applied on alkaline galvanizing.
4. When the thickness of the zinc layer is ≥ 5-6 microns, the NSST resistance is> 120 hours. If it is sealed, the NSST resistance test is better.

HKS-916 zinc plating trivalent chromium black passivation process
1.HKS-916 is a black passivation process applied on the galvanized layer;
2. The process uses two doses of passivation solution for cylinder opening and maintenance production. After passivation, rinse with water, and then use the temperature of 70~80 ℃ drying;
3. Cooperate with HKS-920 sealer (barrel plating) or HKS-301E sealer can improve corrosion resistance and uniform and full black.
DB-946C Trivalent chromium black passivation sealer
1. Suitable for post-treatment sealing of trivalent chromium black passivation.

DB-937 Trivalent chromium white zinc passivator
1. This passivator does not contain hexavalent chromium; it complies with EU RoHS regulations.
2. The same appearance as hexavalent chromium white passivation, and better anti-rust performance.
