Zinc-nickel passivator
HKS-972 Zinc-Nickel Trivalent Chromium Black Passivation Process
1. This process is a single-type trivalent chromium-zinc-nickel alloy black passivator, completely free of hexavalent chromium;
2.HKS-972 can form a uniform bright black passivation film on the surface of zinc-nickel alloy (nickel content 12 ~ 15%), and has high corrosion resistance;
3.HKS-972 zinc nickel trivalent chromium black passive agent film is smooth, suitable for barrel plating and hanging plating;
4.HKS-972 zinc-nickel trivalent chromium black passive agent can be used with HKS-301B or HKS-301E galvanizing sealant, with good heat and corrosion resistance.
HKS 940 Zinc-nickel trivalent chromium color passivation process
1. This process adopts HKS-940 zinc-nickel trivalent chromium color blunt agent, which is specially used for zinc-nickel alloy. This kind of color passivation film without hexavalent chromium has better corrosion resistance than hexavalent chromium color passivation film;
2. Color passivation film has high temperature resistance, even if the high temperature also does not damage its corrosion resistance;
3. Long service life, if you can use the back of the water washing recovery liquid is better, passivation liquid can be added for a long time;
4. When the nickel is more than 15%, the passivation film is blue;
5. The passivation solution can simultaneously trivalent color and blue passivation.
HKS-404 Zinc-nickel trivalent chromium blue passivation process
1. Can be used at room temperature;
2. Closed appearance is blue ~ light yellow;
3. The general corrosion resistance is 8μm film thickness, 5% area white rust occurs for more than 200 hours, red rust occurs for more than 1000 hours;
4. Even compared with the previous hexavalent chromium, trivalent chromium passivation products have better heat and corrosion resistance;
5. Can widely correspond to Ni co-analysis rate (5 ~ 18%);
6. The passivation film thickness is 0.1 μm or less.
